City Church - located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, recently completed construction for their new church home along Bridge Avenue. This is the first project for City Church and is their permanent home. The church has a heart and mission to stay nearby and serve the urban core of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This area of middle Tennessee is the fastest growing in the state.

It’s been such a privilege for our team to partner with this church, alongside Dow Smith Company; helping this church create a permanent place to do the ministry that God has called them to do.

City Church - located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, is under construction for their new home on their acquired property at Bridge Avenue. The design-build team of Smyrna, Tennessee based contractor Dow Smith Company and Kansas City, Missouri based architect Mantel Teter are looking forward to seeing this project come out of the ground and become a ministry tool for this great church serving the urban core of Murfreesboro.

Shelbyville Mills Baptist Church

Shelbyville Mills Baptist Church - located in Shelbyville, Tennessee, recently selected the design-build team of Smyrna, Tennessee based contractor Dow Smith Company and Kansas City, Missouri based architect Mantel Teter to update their campus master plan and design renovations and additions to their current church facilities. “We’re excited to begin and get to know this church in order to create a custom ministry tool for them.” shares David Evans, Principal for the project.

Fellowship Bible Church Completes Construction

Fellowship Bible Church - located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, recently completed construction for their second phase addition, a children’s ministry building. The church returned to their design-build team of Smyrna, Tennessee based contractor Dow Smith Company and Kansas City, Missouri based architect Mantel Teter to update their campus master plan, design additional children’s ministry space, student ministry space, and additional space for offices. The project also renovated and expanded the church’s lobby and gathering space inside the first phase building.
